Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund from WORLDWIDE SUPPORTING SURVEYING & EVALUATING SERVICES CO. L.L.C.
1) General principles
- We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds are assessed case‑by‑case within this Policy.
- Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
2) Digital goods & services
- Once a digital service is delivered or a one‑time credit is consumed, it is generally non‑refundable.
- If the product is defective or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days so we can repair, replace, or refund.
3) Subscriptions
- You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Pro‑rata refunds may be offered where required by law or if a material outage (caused by us) persisted for 24+ hours and significantly impacted your use.
4) Trials & promotions
Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Promotional credits are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
5) Billing errors & chargebacks
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 14 days for review and correction if appropriate.
- Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
6) How to request a refund
- Send an email to mamikonlok@gmail.com with: order ID, date, amount, and reason.
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and typically resolve within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your provider (usually 3–10 business days after we issue the refund).
7) Exceptions
- Abuse, fraud, or violations of the Terms may make you ineligible for a refund.
- Payments handled by third‑party marketplaces may be subject to their policies.
